Ping-Pong Diplomacy Team Championships

Tournament Format: The Swaythling Cup format will be used, all singles, best of 5 match. Competition starts with a Giant RR. Teams are placed into groups for competition,  the top 2 teams from each group will advance into the Division A, the next 2 to Division B and the remainder to Division C. Then a  Divisonal RR is played where the top 2 teams advance to the Single Elimination (SE) rounds.  Top 3 Teams from Division A  & B wins Cash. Division C wings Awards. Once a team has reached 3 matches won, no further matches will be played (and matches in progress will be abandoned). One team will be ABC, and the other will be XYZ. A coin flip determines which team captain gets the first choice between ABC and XYZ. As soon as a team wins 3 matches the rest of the matches are not to be played and all ongoing matches will stop.
